CANCELLATION POLICY
As long as your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.
Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@huelleyrose.com and include your order number. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total payment.
For pre-orders that have not been shipped after the estimated production timeframe, you may cancel your order. The full amount paid will be issued as store credit (e-voucher).
If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.
