We recommend reviewing our Shipping Policy prior to purchase to understand potential import duties. Duties may vary depending on destination, declared value, and local customs regulations.
IMPORT DUTIES & PAYMENT TERMS
Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase (before shipment), subject to a 10% processing fee.
After the order is placed, HUELLEYROSE will contact the customer via email to confirm the customs declaration value and estimated import duties.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as a store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to accept any applicable import duties and related charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
A 10% processing and operational fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
Orders that have been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale items or discounted purchases

Items purchased using vouchers or gift cards

Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or bundled intimate items

Items not in original condition, without tags, or without original packaging

Items showing any signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

All product details, images, and sizing information are provided to support informed purchasing decisions.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition with full tags & packaging

Proof of purchase and a clear unboxing video are required
Conditions

Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only

Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs (including duties, if applicable)

Original shipping fees and processing fees are non-refundable
Price Difference

If exchanging for a higher value item → customer pays the difference

If exchanging for a lower value item → no refund will be issued
The remaining balance may be:

applied toward shipping fees, or
-
issued as a store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases
DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
If an item arrives in defective condition, please notify us within:

A clear unboxing video is required.

Defective items will be exchanged for a non-defective item

If the replacement item is also defective → eligible for an additional exchange or refund

Refunds apply to the product value only (excluding shipping and fees), unless both items are defective
