By placing an order with HUELLEYROSE, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
We recommend reviewing our Shipping Policy prior to purchase to understand potential import duties. Duties may vary depending on the destination, declared value, and local customs regulations.
IMPORT DUTIES & PAYMENT TERMS
Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped. A 10% processing fee will apply to approved cancellations.
After the order is placed, HUELLEYROSE will contact the customer via email to confirm the customs declaration value and estimated import duties.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to accept any applicable import duties, taxes, and related charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
A 10% processing and operational fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
Orders that have been shipped or are already in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Made-to-order products that are not part of the ready-to-wear collection
- Sale items or discounted purchases
- Items purchased using vouchers or gift cards
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or bundled intimate items
- Items that are not in their original condition, without original tags, or without original packaging
- Items showing any signs of wear, odor, stains, alteration, or damage
RETURN & REFUND LIMITATION
We do not accept returns or refunds based on subjective reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with style, fit, or appearance
All product details, images, and sizing information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility
Exchange requests must be submitted within:
- 48 hours for orders within Vietnam
- 14 days for international orders
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged
- In their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Accompanied by a clear unboxing video
Conditions
- Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs, including duties and taxes where applicable
- Original shipping fees and processing fees are non-refundable
Price Difference
- If exchanging for a higher-value item → the customer must pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item → no refund will be issued
Any remaining balance may be:
- Applied toward shipping fees, or
- Issued as store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases
DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
If an item arrives defective, please notify HUELLEYROSE within:
- 48 hours for orders within Vietnam
- 14 days for international orders
A clear unboxing video is required to support any defective-item claim.
- Defective items will be exchanged for a non-defective item.
- If the replacement item is also defective, the customer may be eligible for an additional exchange or refund.
- Refunds apply to the product value only, excluding shipping and processing fees, unless both items are confirmed to be defective.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
FINAL NOTES
- All exchange, cancellation, and defective-item requests are subject to HUELLEYROSE’s review and approval.
- HUELLEYROSE reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with these policies.
- By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policies.
