CANCELLATION POLICY

As long as your order has not been shipped, you may request to cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in your email to sales@huelleyrose.com.

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the order will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that a 10% processing and operational fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and handling costs.

For international orders, import duties will be calculated and confirmed via email after the order is placed, based on the selected customs declaration value. If you decide not to proceed with the import duty payment, you may request to cancel your order. In this case, a 10% processing and operational fee will also apply.

For pre-orders that have not shipped by the end of the estimated production timeframe, you may cancel your order. A full refund will be issued in the form of an e-voucher.

If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, we recommend returning the item according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
